GRAND RAPIDS — West Michigan woke up Sunday morning with a bit of cloud cover but still with plenty of breaks of sunshine as we all work towards full sunshine. Temperatures are more comfortable and cooler working from the 50s to 70s by the day's end. Get outside and enjoy!!!
We will be a bit warmer on Monday with a wind change having temperatures push into the lower 80s. Rain chances pick up on Tuesday working in during the afternoon and evening. These showers can lead to some thunderstorms as well with the storm activity continuing till Wednesday morning. The second half of Wednesday we will be drying out and clearing out while keeping temperatures back in the 70s.
On average for this time of year our afternoon highs should be around 78 degrees so we will flirt above and below that mark just about all week. A very fall-like forecast to wrap up August and kick off September this week. Enjoy!
