MICHIGAN — Art Van's website may be down for maintenance, but the company has announced the answer to a few questions customers have had since the store closed.
They closed all locations on Saturday, March 7th, at 5 p.m. and will reopen for customers at 2 p.m. Monday, March 9th.
Customers may select furniture with the following stipulations:
- All freestanding PureSleep stores will not be open for purchases.
- PureSleep customers can pick up their scheduled purchases at the freestanding stores on Monday, March 9th
- Deposit refunds will be given in the form of in-store credit.
- Discounts on furniture are different than those on mattress prices.
"Customers may choose to wait for a refund until after the liquidation, but a cash refund is not guaranteed." The site reads.
