GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- There will be a candlelight vigil Thursday evening to honor victims of crime.
It's being held at the Kent County Courthouse located at 180 Ottawa NW in Grand Rapids.
Light refreshments will follow the vigil. It's being hosted by Silent Observer.
