EAST GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Hours after a house fire broke out in the 1800 block of Wealthy Street SE on Thursday, firefighters are finally cleaning up and securing the area.
Dispatchers in Kent County tell FOX 17 that the first call came in around 12:25 a.m.
The area will remain closed as officials work on salting the roadway.
We're told no one was injured in the fire but witnesses say the house is a total loss.
