OVID TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A man, 24, was arrested on Thursday in Ovid Township after committing what police are reporting as a criminal sexual assault in the first degree.
The female victim, 68, was treated at Community Health Center. She was later released from the hospital.
The names of those involved in this incident are not being released and this is an ongoing investigation.
