GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Hundreds of people are remembering fallen police officers in Grand Rapids this afternoon.
A new memorial to fallen officers was dedicated in Richmond Park, including a memorial to Grand Rapids Police officer Robert Kozminski, who died in the line of duty in 2007.
The service Thursday was the Grand Rapids ceremony for Police Memorial Day which is on May 15, and honors all law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.
