Beyond Compare Brussle Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 8 ½ ounces Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 cup Season's Choice Super Sweet Corn, thawed
  • 8 slices Appleton Farms Premium Sliced Bacon
  • 3 – 3 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt, to taste
  • Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion

Twice Baked Butternut Squash   

Ingredients:     

  • 1 medium butternut squash, halved and seeded
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 5 ounces Specially Selected Honey Goat Cheese Log, crumbled, divided
  • ¼ cup Friendly Farms Half & Half
  • 2 tablespoons Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 5 ounces Southern Grove Dried Mixed Berries
  • Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt, to taste
  • Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Southern Grove Chopped Pecans

Onion Tart

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices Specially Selected Center Cut Bacon, chopped
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 Bake House creations Pie Crust
  • 1 tablespoon Carlini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Stonemill Essentials Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Stonemill Essentials Italian Seasoning
  • 8 ounces Happy Farms Swiss Cheese Block, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Priano Romano Shredded Cheese
