GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Grand Rapids Police have determined that a man who was found dead in a burned out car died accidentally.
Oliver Hernandez-Lorenzo, 21, was found in car that was on fire in the 700 block of Olympia Street SW on November 12th. After crews put on the fire, the found Hernandez-Lorenzo’s body.
The Kent County Medical Examiner determined that Hernandez-Lorenzo died from asphyxia from smoke inhalation. The examiner reports that his death was accidental.
