SANDUSKY, Ohio– A Facebook user live streamed a very disturbing scene as he pulled up to a McDonald’s in Ohio on Thursday.

It’s an incident that police across Northeast Ohio say has become routine.

Police were called to the restaurant on River Avenue just before 5 p.m. for two men overdosing in a car.

WARNING: Some viewers may find this video difficult to watch.

Eddie Wimbley posted the video of the two people passed out. You can hear him yell for someone to call 911. One man is in the driver's seat while the other is on the ground.

Several people tried to help, including a woman Wimbley said is a nurse. She was able to wake the one as the second man remained unconscious on the ground, gasping to breathe.

"He wasn't moving or responding or anything," Wimbley told Fox 8. He had his 4-year-old son in the car and was stopping to get a sandwich when he found the two men. Wimbley said he thought they were just goofing around.

The Facebook Live has been viewed nearly 50,000 times.

This week, Sandusky Police Chief John Orzech posted a rant on Facebook about the drug problem in his city.

"We have seen levels of overdoses in the last two weeks that are unprecedented. We have had as many as 20 plus overdoses and four suspected overdose deaths in the past two weeks. Sandusky Fire Department has administered Narcan over 170 times this year, up from 80 last year. Loved ones are dying because of this horrendous epidemic," Orzech said.
