HART, Mich. – A woman accused of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old boy has entered a plea to using a computer to commit a crime.

Jennifer Wigren, 33, of Shelby pleaded guilty to the felony of using a computer to commit crime, which carries a possible sentence of more than four years in prison, but less than ten years.  In exchange to making the plea, a charge of 2nd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct has been dismissed.  She will be sentenced on December 19th.

Wigren was arrested in August after allegedly sending pornographic photos of herself and the child to a friend in Colorado.  Deputies were given the photos by Wigren’s husband after he found them and then had a domestic dispute with Wigren where police were called.  Domestic assault charges against the husband were dropped.
