MUSKEGON, Mich. — Police are investigating an incident involving a flare gun firing in someone’s face in Muskegon.
This happened Tuesday evening before 8:30 p.m. in the 300 block of E Larch. Police say one person suffered a minor injury after a flare gun fired.
