KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A woman who pleaded guilty to murdering her ex-boyfriend’s girlfriend will spend life behind bars with no parole.
Theresa Petto was sentenced Monday morning. She was charged with shooting and killing Rachel Drafta in Portage.
Drafta was found laying in her parent’s driveway with a gunshot wound to the head in June 2015. She died three days later in the hospital.
Petto admitted to the murder in September as testimony was still going on in the trial.
