GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.– A report released on Wednesday in U.S. News has ranked Calvin College number one overall in Midwest regional colleges.
The report, released under the 2017 U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges Guidebook, is to guide prospective students and their families in choosing a college or university to attend.
The report is made based on 15 different points including first-year retention rates, graduation rates and strength of faculty.
Besides being ranked as number one overall, Calvin is also ranked in the top spot for two subcategory lists- ‘A Strong Commitment to Undergraduate Teaching’ and ‘Best College for Veterans.’
