LAKE MICHIGAN – Swimmers are being warned of dangerous conditions along Lake Michigan on Labor Day.
Beach hazard advisories are posted for Grand Haven north to Ludington until Tuesday morning. Conditions are such that there will be strong currents and high waves along the coastline.
Water temperatures have also fallen in Lake Michigan to the upper 50s and low 60s.
