(WXMI) -Rheem is recalling electric water heaters due to a fire hazard.
The heaters in question were sold exclusively at Home Depot. The control panels can overheat, causing a burn hazard or a fire.
Rheem has gotten nearly 300 reports of the panels overheating, and one fire. They ask that you turn them off and call the company at 866-369- 4786.
