GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A historic Grand Rapids home has undergone a complete makeover.

The home on Alger Street was built in the early 1900's and was recently foreclosed on for unpaid property taxes.  There had also been a gas explosion at the home several years ago.

The Kent County Land Bank bought the house last year.  Renovations typically take four or five months, but this one took ten months to remodel.

The home was listed for sale Wednesday for nearly $200,000.
