UPDATE (4:40 p.m. April 1): Central Michigan University Police say Joshua Palmer has been found safe.

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. — A 23-year-old Central Michigan University Student was reported missing Thursday, according to the CMU Police Department.

The CMU Police Department says Joshua Thomas Palmer was last seen in Mt. Pleasant at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.  Foul play is not suspected in the case, but police say there is a concern for Palmer’s well-being.

Central Michigan Life reports that the CMU senior’s roommate reported him missing at 10 a.m. Thursday.   Police have reached out to Palmer’s family and friends, who also have not heard from or seen him, according to CM-Life.

Palmer is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 140 lbs with a slender build and short red hair.  He may be driving a black 2005 Pontiac Vibe with Michigan plate EZ82Z, according to police.
