KENTWOOD, Mich. - A father and daughter charged with embezzling more than $100,000 from a local trucking company have entered into a plea agreement.

Sakib and Ilderina Kajtezovic were employees at AA Transportation in Kentwood. They allegedly used corporate credit cards and business loans for their personal use.

Thursday, they both pleaded guilty to embezzling $100,000 or more and conspiracy to commit embezzlement.

The judge set bond at $1 million because he thought they could be flight risks to return to the home country of Bosnia.  Things got emotional in court with the bond and defense said that the flight risk rumors were being fueled in the local Bosnian community.  The judge then lowered the bond to $500,000.

Their sentencing date has not yet been determined.
