But here is a recipe for Blueberry Pie.
Pie Crust
2/3 plus 2 tablespoons shortening
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
4-5 tbs cold water
Blueberry pie
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 cups of blueberries
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs stick butter
Cook
Heat oven to 425 degrees
Bake 35-45 minutes (total time)
Cover crust until last 15 minutes of baking with foil.
Bake until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
