ASHLAND, Ohio — Janae Langs hit two free throws with four seconds left in overtime to help Grand Valley State to a 62-60 win over Drury in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Final on Monday night. The Lakers will play in the national quarterfinals on March 22 at 9:30 p.m.
Grand Valley State erased a 10-0 first quarter deficit by outscoring Drury 31-9 for the remainder of the half, leading by 11 at the break.
Langs led the way with 20 points for GVSU, who are trying for their second-ever national championship and first since 2005-2006.
