Police Chief scolds reporters as Western movie ring tone sounds off by pure coincidence

MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. -- The Interim Police Chief of the Muskegon Heights Police Department had some firm words for reporters as he was updating them on the status of an on-going investigation.

Interim Police Chief Dr. Joseph Thomas was answering questions about two separate shootings that left four people injured near Muskegon Heights High School.  One shooting involved a sheriff's deputy.

Some of the questions did not sit well with Thomas, and he politely, but firmly made it abundantly clear to the entire group of reporters.  By sheer coincidence, a cell phone started ringing and the ring tone was none other than the iconic theme from the Clint Eastwood Western film, "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly." The phone that was ringing was the chief's phone. No audio was added to the press conference.
