MASON COUNTY, Mich. – A Muskegon man is in custody and will be charged with two felonies in connection with a fatal drug overdose.
Adam James-John Johnson, 28, of Ludington, died on January 22nd from a drug overdose.
A man already in the Muskegon County Jail on unrelated charges is expected to be arraigned Friday on charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance Causing Death and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime. The first charge carries a potential life in prison penalty.
