GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The search continues for a Grand Rapids man and now we know what he is wanted for.
Grand Rapids Police have been searching for Fredrick Desean Gibbs since December 21st on a felony warrant for absconding on parole and perjury. On the 21st, police searched a home in the 1100 block of Marshall SE and in the 2000 block of Kalamazoo SE for Gibbs.
Tuesday, the Kent County Prosecutor authorized five more charges for Gibbs related to an incident that happened in August in the 1100 block of Alexander SE. Those charges are:
- Assault with Intent to Murder
- Armed Robbery
- Home Invasion, 1st degree
- Weapons – Possession by a Felon
- Felony Firearms
