GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Students, parents and faculty from Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School donated gifts, household essentials and food items to 44 area families Friday.
They have been preparing the giveaway since Thanksgiving. The school has been active in doing such a program since at least 1946.
More than 600 students participated and more than 120 gifts were distributed.
