Posted

HAMILTON, Mich. — On Monday officials revealed the cause of a Holland storage unit explosion on December 3.

Michigan State Police confirmed to FOX 17 the appliance used to produce carbon dioxide is likely the cause of the blast.

The massive explosion came from a propane tank used to heat a medical marijuana grow operation housed at Storage Unlimited along 60th Street east of Saugatuck.

Jeff King owns the facility and said all the growers have followed the law.
