Update: Death of Battle Creek woman no longer considered ‘suspicious’

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The Battle Creek Police say a suspicious death investigation from over the weekend is now considered to be a death from natural causes.

Police said crews were dispatched to the scene of Euclid Street near Cliff Street around 5:00 Sunday morning where they found the body of the woman.

Monday morning police said the cause of death appears to have been natural. Investigators are still awaiting the results of an autopsy.
