NEW YORK (AP) — German leader Angela Merkel has been named Time’s Person of the Year.
Merkel’s selection was announced Wednesday morning on NBC’s “Today” show.
The seven other finalists include Donald Trump, the Black Lives Matter protest movement and Uber’s CEO, Travis Kalanick.
