TOLEDO, Ohio — P.J. Fleck has his signature win.

Zach Terrell and Corey Davis connected for two touchdowns and Western Michigan upset 24th-ranked Toledo 35-30 at the Glass Bowl on Friday, giving the Broncos a share of the MAC West title for the first time since 2000.

Tom Flacco and Jamauri Bogan both ran for touchdowns for WMU (7-5, 6-2) and Andrew Haldeman added two field goals for the Broncos.

The celebrations for WMU may be somber. Sophomore defensive back Asantay Brown was taken off the field on a stretcher in the fourth quarter after taking a blindside helmet-to-helmet hit. CBS Sports Network reports he has been taken to the University of Toledo Medical Center.
