PLEASANT PLAINS TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The Lake County Sheriff and the Michigan State Police Crime Lab are investigating skeletal remains found by a hunter on Tuesday.
Tuesday afternoon, deputies were dispatched to the site in Pleasant Plains Township. Michigan State Police also used their drone to collect evidence from the scene.
It is unknown if the remains were of a man or a woman. The cause of death is also not known.
