SIDNEY, Mich. — A 32-year-old man was taken to the hospital by Aero Med after police say he crashed his motorcycle into an SUV Thursday night.
The crash happened at about 9:20 p.m. at the intersection of Sidney Road and Grow Road, according to Michigan State Police.
A 53-year-old woman was driving north on Grow when police say the motorcyclist crashed into her vehicle after she stopped at a stop sign and was continuing through the intersection.
The motorcyclist was transported to United Memorial Hospital in Greenville and later taken to a Grand Rapids hospital by Aero Med, according to a release.
Police said alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash but did not release any other details about that part of the investigation.
