MUSKEGON, Mich. — A 44-year-old man has been charged after allegedly bringing large quantities of heroin and cocaine from Chicago to Muskegon County.
Darrell Christopher Hunt has been arraigned on two counts of possessing between 50 and 449 grams of controlled substances, second offense, according to Muskegon County Prosecutor D.J. Hilson. Hunt was charged as a fourth-time habitual offender and is being held in jail on a $1 million bond.
According to Hilson, Hunt was arrested Sept. 13 and was in possession of 100 grams of pure heroin and 450 grams of cocaine.
Hunt is scheduled to be back in court Sept. 30.
