Lowell veterinarian’s license revoked, fined $25,000

LANSING, Mich. — Lowell veterinarian Dr. Bruce Langlois’ license has been revoked by an administrative law judge, according to a source familiar with the ongoing inquiry into the doctor’s practices. In late May, Langlois’ license wassuspended for allegations of improper animal care.

In addition to the license revocation, sources say he’s been fined $25,000 and has the right to appeal.
