GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Grand Rapids Police say they have arrested a man on charges of running an illegal tattooing business.
Raymond Veenstra, 42, was charged by the Kent County Prosecutor with two counts of accosting a minor for immoral purposes and one count of general violations of the public health code.
The investigation centered on a business in the 500 block of Marietta NE. Police say that several victims are cooperating.
