HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A motorcyclist was critically injured following a crash Friday evening.
It happened around 7:15 p.m. on East Lakewood Boulevard east of Beeline Road in Holland Township.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office said a 21-year-old man from Illinois was rounding a curve when he lost control of his Honda motorcycle. He was thrown off, but authorities said he was wearing a helmet. He was taken to a Holland area hospital before being transferred to a Grand Rapids hospital.
