NEW YORK – NFL.com is reporting that New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has won his case against the NFL in the “deflategate” scandal.
Brady was suspended for the first four games of the season by the NFL for allegedly having football deflated in the AFC Championship Game last season, supposedly giving him an advantage. U.S. District Judge Richard Berman nullified the suspension Thursday morning.
There is no word yet on whether the NFL will appeal.
