**UPDATE** The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office said Kelsi Phillips was found unharmed with acquaintances in Kalamazoo under her own free will. She’s since been reacquainted with her family.

SPRING LAKE, Mich. — Police along the lakeshore are on the lookout for a missing teenage girl, who they believe left her home voluntarily.

17-year-old Kelsi K. Phillips was last seen around 11 a.m. on Tuesday at a McDonald’s restaurant on Savage Street in Spring Lake.  Phillips was last seen wearing jean shorts, a camouflage colored baseball cap, a two colored T-shirt and flip flops.

The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office said detectives have seen her on and off social media several times. Her family told police that leaving like this is out of her character, but that she took several personal items with her.

No foul play is suspected.
