COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. — Deputies with the Kent County Sheriff’s Department say a woman who was reported missing from the Comstock Park area is back home safe more than 4 months after she first disappeared.

Deputies made contact with Teresa Lynn Curry, 44, on July 7 after she’d been reported missing on March 1.

Curry informed detectives she’d left Michigan and traveled to New York and had been staying in New York City.  She only recently returned home and has been reunited with family.  Deputies say she left Michigan voluntarily and no foul play is suspected.  The case is now closed.
