MONROE, Mich. – Monroe Public Access Cable Television is probably having its best day for viewership, thanks to Stephen Colbert.
The July 2015 episode of Only in Monroe is posted on the center’s website. It features the soon-to-be Late Show Host “filling-in” for the regular volunteer hosts of the show. Marshall Mathers, also known as Eminem, is a guest on the show.
