PORTLAND, Mich. -- It's almost been a week since an EF-1 tornado tore through the city of Portland damaging dozens of businesses, homes, and churches.  Over 900 members that belonged to the four of those damaged churches were invited to a joint worship ceremony at 10AM Sunday morning at Portland High School.

Community members say this experience, as devastating as it's been, has actually united the community and made them stronger than they were before.  Another joint worship ceremony will be held next Sunday at the same time and place.  All are welcome to attend.
