(WQAD) — Arrest warrants were issued for eight people after a bar fight that included pool cues, a baseball bat, billiard balls and bar stools used as weapons.
Police said the fight happened just after 2:30 a.m. Sunday, June 7, 2015, at McManus Pub, 1401 7th Avenue in Moline Illinois.
“Upon arrival officers found the pub littered with injured patrons,” said a statement from Moline Police Department Detective Scott Williams. Most of the people involved in the fight were gone, but a security camera captured video footage of the incident.
“Camera footage shows multiple individuals in a bar brawl that included patrons hit with pool cues, an aluminum baseball bat, and billiard balls, bar stools, glass beer mugs, bare knuckles and feet,” Williams said.
Injuries included cuts that required stitches, a damaged eye socket, tendon damage, “and all the bruising and scrapes that come from a bar fight,” Williams said.
Eight people faced felony charges of aggravated battery and mob action in connection with the brawl, and arrest warrants were issued for those people, Williams said. Their bonds were set at various amounts between $30,000 and $75,000. Some of the eight people had not yet been served with the warrants, Williams said.
According to WQAD, the eight people charged are:
Shontel L. Williams, 22, of East Moline: 4 counts of aggravated battery and one count of mob action, bond set at $40,000
Jordan M. Chedister, 24, of Silvis: 3 counts of aggravated battery and one count of mob action, bond set at $30,000
Shyanne N. Wash, 25, of Silvis: 2 counts of aggravated battery and one count of aggravated mob action, bond set at $30,000
Breawnna R. Lee, 24, of Silvis: 3 counts of aggravated battery and one count of aggravated mob action, bond set at $30,000
Brenton C. Lee, 25, of Moline: 1 count of burglary, 4 counts of aggravated battery and one count of aggravated mob action; bond set at $50,000
Davian Giles, 23, of East Moline: 9 counts of aggravated battery and one count of mob action, bond set at $50,000
Cortez D. Branigan, 24, of Silvis: 11 counts of aggravated battery and one count of aggravated mob action, bond set at $75,000
Bruno Reyna, 27, of East Moline: 6 counts of aggravated battery and one count of aggravated battery, bond set at $50,000
