GRAND RAPIDS – The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force has announced the arrest of a woman who was wanted for more than two years after violating her parole.
46-year-old Emmita Louise Willis was arrested Friday morning after a viewer tip led them to her location. She’s currently being held in the Kent County Jail awaiting a parole violation hearing.
Willis violated her parole in May 2013 after serving time for check fraud and for smuggling contraband into prison.
