OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — Three people were hurt during a four vehicle crash Monday afternoon.
It happened just after 4:30 p.m. on James Street at 120th Avenue in Ottawa Township.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department said an 83-year-old man from West Olive was turning onto 120th Avenue when they hit another vehicle head on. The driver, as well as their 75-year-old female passenger were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The 17-year-old driver of the second vehicle was not hurt. Police also said the impact of the crash, forced them to strike two more vehicles. The driver of the third vehicle, a 58-year-old woman from Zeeland was not hurt. Police said the driver of the 4th vehicle, a 47-year-old woman from Holland was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
