WEST MICHIGAN – A fugitive featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted has turned himself into authorities after two years, initially wanted for violating parole and narcotics warrants.
Federal authorities say Timothy Martin Chrispell turned himself in after being featured on April 11.
According to online records with the Michigan Department of Corrections, Chrispell had initially violated his parole in December 2012.
