Jalin Walker, driver suspected of running over another woman with car.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Grand Rapids Police issued a warrant for the arrest of Jalin Walker, 19, accused of running over Sierra Washington, 19, with her car in Grand Rapids. Graphic cell phone video surfacedthat showed the fight between the two former friends earlier this week on Grand Rapids' southeast side.

However, Muskegon County Prosecutor D.J. Hilson told FOX 17 News that this is not the first time Walker is accused of hitting or dragging someone with her car. Walker was charged with felony shoplifting last December at Lakes Mall in Fruitport Township.

Hilson said when Walker was trying to flee the scene and started driving away, the arm of a mall security guard allegedly got caught in her car. Then Walker is accused of driving her car and dragging that security guard several feet.

The Grand Rapids Police Department is handling the investigation of the assault between Walker and Washington. Sgt. Terry Dixon said further charges may be pending.
