KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The man who allegedly burned down an adult entertainment store appeared in court Tuesday.
Mitchell Hapner, 41 was charged with arson, along with feeling and eluding.
Officials said his preliminary hearing was adjourned pending a mental examination.
The store, Hollywood Nights, an adult novelty shop burned to the ground February 18.
