Shania Twain to stop in Grand Rapids during farewell tour

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Country superstar Shania Twain announced a massive North American tour on Good Morning AmericaWednesday, and she says it will be her last.

Twain, 49, is stopping at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids July 11 as part of the 48-city tour.   She’ll also stop at the Palace of Auburn Hills July 25.

The tour kicks off June 5 in Seattle, according to her website.

Gavin DeGraw and Wes Mack will open for Twain, her website says.  Pre-sale tickets go on sale March 10 and go on sale to the public March 13.
