BIG RAPIDS, TWP. — A 20-year-old woman was arrested after breaking into an apartment complex that house Ferris State University students.
The Mecosta County Sheriff’s Department said it happened just before 8:00 a.m. at the University Park Suites on Friday. The victim told police they returned home to find someone in their apartment.
The suspect, Victoria Wyatt, 20 was arrested and held on a $20,000 bond on a felony charge of breaking and entering.
Police said she was not a student at the university , but believe she was involved in other incidents in the same building.
