KENT COUNTY, Mich. — Several fire departments responded to a familiar scene on Tuesday morning, when flames re-kindled at the location of a house fire that originally happened on Monday.
The calls came in at around 5:00 a.m. for another fire at the home on 21 Mile Road in Solon Township. When the first crews arrived, they called for additional help. It is not believed that anyone was inside at the time of the rekindle.
The original fire happened on Monday morning. Everyone had managed to make it out safe from the home, but there was significant damage to the structure.
