AETNA TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police arrested three people following a police chase Saturday night.
The Mecosta County Sheriff’s Office said deputies tried to pull over a vehicle near Morley Stanwood High School around 10 p.m.
Police said the suspects took off, but were later picked up and taken to jail.
A 20-year-old man was arrested for fleeing and eluding, along with other charges. A 19-year-old man was also arrested for being a minor in possession and obstructing police.
Authorities said during their investigation, they discovered a 62-year-old woman from Morley tried to report her vehicle stolen and was later arrested for obstruction and filing a false police report.
