BATTLE CREEK, Mich. -- An Eaton County man who was arrested in Battle Creek is now facing eight felony charges related to child pornography.

According to Major Jim Grafton with Battle Creek Police, 28-year-old Benjamin Knight allegedly showed a child porn video to another person in an adult store around Christmas time last year.

When police started investigating him, Grafton said they discovered incredibly disturbing videos, so disturbing  that even veteran investigators had to walk away from the monitors.

"This is one of the most gruesome cases and disturbing case that I've ever seen," Grafton said.

He said the victims range in age from infancy to 5 years old. Grafton said officers search Knight's cell phone and his computer at his Eaton Rapids home.

On the devices, Grafton said police found "portraits of bestiality. There were chatrooms where he indicated that he had visions of potentially doing this. Again, really disturbing videos that ultimately we believe that he also distributed."

Knight is currently being held in the Calhoun County Jail, and more charges could follow.
